Beary Christmas Sweater

Its a cute sweater. The XL was true to size. I am typically a 14/16 and it fits well with a little room for a collared shirt underneath. I recommend the shirt underneath because this is wool.

Cute design but the quality of the stitching is not good. The sweater i received had the seams showing. Tried to exchange to see if it was a one off but it was ‘sold out’ and had to refund instead. customer service for the refund was poor. I had to reach out three times to get the correct refund. Beware if you refund and calculate how much you should get back! First refund was just the subtotal with no tax, second time they refunded the wrong tax rate, third time the lady i spoke with argued that it was correct when it wasn’t. Although it was a couple of dollars off its really the principle of the matter. I hope this company isn’t refunding the wrong amount to other customers.

I love this sweater! It's very festive, comfortable, warm, and it's true to size.

First and last order with this COMPANY....the sweaters arms were too long and the stitching was coming apart where the sleeves attach to the bodice...they still charged me to return it...why do i have to pay for poor quality on a pricey sweater? shame on you kjp!
