If your jewelry needs repair or replacement due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receipt, KJP will repair or replace it with the same product if available. If the same product is not available and the item cannot be repaired, a merchandise credit or an item of equal value will be offered. After 30 days (and for up to 90 days) defective jewelry items may be repaired or a credit given at our discretion, providing the customer can provide proof of purchase.
