Where do we ship?

We ship both domestically within the US and Canada, as well as internationally. We DO NOT ship to Russia, Greece, or Brazil. Orders in the US or Canada are shipped through the USPS. For international orders we use FedEx or USPS as our carriers. We may elect to not ship to your country if there are high import tariffs.

How do I select which carrier I would like for my order?

After you have added your shipping information, click continue to shipping method and select a bullet from the carrier menu.

When will my order be shipped?

We strive to have all orders fulfilled within 2 business days, however we ask that you please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Our factory is up and running Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST., so if you place an order over the weekend, or after hours, it will not ship until at least the next business day. If we expect for your order to take longer than 4 business days to fulfill, you will be contacted via email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is packaged and labeled for shipping, a tracking number will be assigned to your package. You will then receive an email with your tracking number which will be activated when it is received by the carrier of your choice. You will also receive an email notice when your order is delivered.

Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Chances are if your tracking number isn’t working, it has not yet been activated. If your tracking number is not working 24 hours after you receive notice of the tracking number, please contact Customer Service at, and we can provide you with it!

What if I’d like to change my order after it’s placed?

Please send a single email to with your order number and a detailed description of the change that you would like to have made to your order. If the order is placed over the weekend or after business hours, we will adjust your order at the start of the next business day. If your order is placed during business hours, feel free to give us a call at 888-643-8663 and we would be happy to adjust your order. Please keep in mind that orders with customized items may not be able to be changed.

Can I ship to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes, you can fill out your shipping address on the first page of the check out where it asks for your shipping information. When you proceed to the billing information page, select “Use a different billing address”.

Why are my purchases being sent to me in multiple shipments?

Sometimes we split orders into segments if one or more of the items you have ordered are currently out of stock and we expect a delay production. We want you to be able to start enjoying your KJP products as soon as possible!

What do I do if my package is lost or stolen?

Please file a claim with the carrier of your package. You can file a claim for a USPS shipment here: Contact after you have done so, and we will do our best to help you out!

Returns & Exchanges

Where can I return or exchange my order?

All returns and exchanges are handled by our customer service department at our factory office. At this time returns and exchanges for items purchased at retailers should be handled through our retailers.

Return and Exchange Policy
  • Merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise may be returned for an exchange or gift card within 3 months of the delivery date.
  • Merchandise may be returned for a 50% credit between three and six months of the delivery date.
  • All returned products should be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered with original tags and packaging.
  • Returned products must be postmarked within 2 weeks of the Return Authorization Form being issued.
  • We do not accept requests for returns on customized items, and accept request for exchanges of these items on a case by case basis.
  • Returns and exchanges for items purchased at retailers should be handled through our retailers.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
  • In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team.
  • Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the returned product.
  • Kiel James Patrick will cover the shipping charges for any merchandise eligible for return in the United States. Please contact our customer service to request a pre-paid return label at
  • Kiel James Patrick reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent or do not comply with our policies.
International Returns and Exchange Policy

International customers are responsible for covering shipping costs on orders they wish to return or exchange. Kiel James Patrick will cover the shipping costs after the order has been exchanged. Customers can send their orders back to 925 Central Avenue Pawtucket, RI 02861.

How long will it take to process my exchange?

Domestic and international exchanges are usually turned around in 2 business days once they are received by our shipping department.

Can I return a Gift Card for Cash?

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

Items, Sizes & Care

How do I determine which bracelet size will fit best?

We recommend measuring your wrist with a soft measuring tape. You should order the bracelet that corresponds with the circumference of your wrist. If you are unsure of what size to order because it is a gift, most woman wear a small or medium and most men wear a medium or large. If for some reason the bracelet does not fit, we would be happy to exchange it for a different size!

How do I know which size belt to order?

We suggest that you order a belt four inches larger than your pant waist size. For Example: If you have a 34 inch waist, you would choose a 38 inch belt. Our belts are 1 1/4" wide.

How can I find out where is KJP’s closest retail store?

You can find a retailer that carries our merchandise using our Store Locator.

Can my order be gift wrapped?

With the exception of hats, each product is carefully wrapped in our Nantucket tissue paper, placed in one of our signature gift boxes and tied off with our signature knot. Perfectly wrapped for gifting or as a special gift for yourself!

If an item I would like to order is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?

Since we are a small business, we do not carry large levels of inventory. We strive to re-stock most products within a 2-4 week period.

How do I care for my KJP products?

For products made with rope, we suggest treating the bracelet with a little bit of stain remover detergent. Then, let the bracelet air dry. Rope and leather products should not be submerged in water as this may lead to shrinking and affects the longevity of our products. Avoid allowing pearls and bangles to come into contact with perfume or cologne. Should your leather, pearls, or fine jewelry bracelets need cleaning, avoid oil based cleaners and instead use a cool damp cloth.

Can I customize my KJP Bracelet?

Kiel James Patrick has a wonderful selection of monogrammed bracelets. If you would like to customize an item that is not normally customizable, we allow customizations on a case to case basis and do charge an additional fee. Please contact us with questions.

Does KJP give away free stickers?

We love when customers are excited about our products and brand. However, we do not normally distribute free stickers per request. Our signature hand painted stickers are an additional benefit provided to customers who place their order online. Some retail locations that carry our merchandise will allow fans to collect stickers when they visit, if they have them available.

Payment, Gift Cards & Discounts

What forms of payment does KJP accept? has a secure checkout system that processes payments from most major credit card companies. We also accept most debit cards and PayPal payments. We do not accept payments in the form of cash or checks.

Where can I buy a Gift Card?

You can purchase a KJP gift card through You will find them under the Accessories menu. When you select the gift card you can determine the denomination using the “Size” drop down menu.

Can I have a gift receipt included in my order?

Yes, below the “Secure Check-Out” button there is a box you can select to indicate that you would like for us to include a gift receipt.

Does KJP charge sales tax?

Sales taxes are determined by state law. Before you check-out, you will be able to view the sales taxes that are imposed by your state on your order. International customers should investigate local laws to determine import taxes that must be paid to receive their order.

What do I do if I forgot to apply a discount at checkout?

Contact our customer service department, they will be able to refund you in the amount of the discount after you have placed your order.

Does Kiel James Patrick offer any special discounts for large orders, military, etc?
