It’s an ok sweater. I bought the sweater expecting and hoping to get it as lower case surrounding the middle letter as uppercase. The website let me design it as such. Many other places did not and that was my deciding factor of this sweater in 2 colors. Sweaters arrive and it is only uppercase. I called the store and they informed me I’m SOL because it says that they only uppercase and not a mix even when that is what is previewed before purchasing. If I read the fine print that is what it says. I did not read the fine print. So yes, I’m SOL and that is not my initials. I have about a 1/2 dozen or more of KJP sweaters and I won’t stop buying, but this was a bit upsetting since i spent just under $500 on sweaters that are “just ok” imo. They are nice but not what I wanted. Also, I collect their stickers and I didn’t get one which I know is small but I found frustrating. Oh well, it is what it is. Read the fine print and there will be no one time exceptions even when people are loyal to the brand.
