I ordered this because it was described as a 14 in length. When I opened it, it was 16 in. I called to see how I needed to return it. She said we make these here and we can shorten it to your specs, no charge to send it back for shortening. I sent it back with a note about the new length. Just got it back and it's perfect. Bravo on customer service and it's a pretty lightweight necklace. Thank you.

Beautiful sunflower necklace
This sunflower necklace is simply beautiful. I adore it. As we say in French "c'est un achat coup de coeur" 💗. Very light to wear. Seems to be high quality, love the little green stones style also.
