It's so warm, and the material is soft. Great fit all around. I want one in every color.
I love the style and quality of this dress. However, as with all KJP dresses I have purchased, the material has absolutely no give and is not at all tailored for women with larger busts. I am keeping it but boy do I have to smoosh myself into it up top! I would love to see a little more give in the bust line for some breathing room!
I've been a customer of Kiel James Patrick for five years now, and I purchased 20 items just in the first few months of 2026. Although I'm very disappointed that more of the KJP items seemed to be made in China, and this results in some disappointing quality issues, the Stonewall Pasture Maxi flannel dress with the horse design on it is lovely.
The designs are well executed, the horse horses look beautiful, the flannel is very soft, and it is a beautiful dress. However, it fits extremely small in the bust, so I would recommend sizing up 2 to 3 sizes if you are a C cup or a D cup. I purchased both the flannel Stonewall Pasture shirt with the horse design as well as the flannel stonewall pasture dress with the horse design. Both are really lovely and recommended.
I have gotten compliments on this dress every time I wear it. Fits perfectly and is so cozy. Even though it is made of flannel it still feels great even on a cooler spring day. High quality and a classic fit makes for a dress I will be wearing for years to come.
