My overall experience has been limited in using the pearl bracelet (as outlined). I wish to state what a wonderful company ths is. After receiving the pearl bracelet i decided it would be better with an additional pearl to make it just slightly looser around my wrist. In addition, (completely my error) - i thought the blue ribbon was just for display purposes, it was part of the BRACELET. I called CUSTOMER service to find out what i needed to do to have them make the modifications. They told me to send back the item and they would make the changes. I could not be happier with every aspect of the company - from customer service (they were patient, kind, and complete in their communications), making the process so seamless. to the quality of their product, i would definitely order from this company again. They deserve an A++.
