Bristol Patchwork Madras Elastic Waist Shorts - Women's

I have loved madras since the 60's when it was first popular. I was beyond thrilled to see it available again with Kiel James Patrick. The shorts are excellently made and the size is perfect! Thank you!

Shorts were okay but they would be better without the gathering in front, makes shorts too puffy. It would also be better if they were a basic bermuda shorts style with front zipper instead of pull on elastic waist.

These are incredibly well-made. The fit is high-waisted, with a very subtle flair at the hem for a flattering silhouette. These are shorts I'll wear all summer, and miss all winter long!

Love these shorts, they run large, should have sized down. But now I know for my next order!! High quality, totally lined

Great looking Madras plaid shorts. I ordered the shorts in both of the plaids but in different sizes. I kept both pairs but cut the elastic waistband an inch and a half down on the larger size 8 because the size 6 fit much better than the 8. Because of the pleats the adjustment doesn’t show., and I “needed “them for a tennis club social the night they arrived. I think that because of the style they run a bit large and you might need a smaller size. The fabric is a nice weight cotton, and Madras is a classic that works well from Spring to Autumn.
