Perfect fall sweater

I love this sweater! I have several of KJP's sweaters, and have been eyeing this one for awhile, so as soon as it came back this season, I jumped on it. This has more of a relaxed fit, which provides the perfect amount of coziness. I am 5'4" 112 lbs and the size XS fits perfectly. I can't wait for the weather to cool off so I can wear it!

Fall sweater not made locally

The sweater represented visually how it appeared online; very nice colours. I was disappointed it wasn't made in the US and was not as soft as I'd hoped. I could have bought a knock off much cheaper than I paid, but wanted to support a North American company.

Returned-Poor Customer Service

This sweater runs very large. I decoded to return, and was goven the run around about how to process that return. First, I read that tou have to email them for your free return label (in the US). They responded that i needed to process online. So, I logged in to do that and it was wanting to charge me $15 for the return! I called, she made me send screen shots of where i read that KJP would pay the shipping charges. Such a hassle, not worth it.
