    Need Help

    Im not one to leave a poor review however l, Arms of sweater were to long so i returned item. I used Shop who never hesrd from kjp. I emailed kjp and gave not recieved A response still as of 2/9/24. Im being forced to pay for an item that i returned, despite providing proof of return lable and confirmed dElivery.
