Montauk Patchwork Madras Drawstring Shorts

Loves these shorts. The fabric is light, the stitching is even and the draw string is sturdy. They are perfect shorts for a New England Summer, albeit I’m in Chicago at the moment.

I love these shorts! My birthday is July 4th, I plan on wearing these shorts to the parade. I had them taken in a little since they are men. They are absolutely perfect!

I ordered a 36" waist because of all the reviewers stating how they ran so small. I should have just ordered the 34". They are okay in the waist, but baggy in the seat and legs. I probably won't wear them but all reviewers state what a pain it is to return them so I'm just cutting my losses. I haven't ever purchased from this company and probably won't again. They need to work on their sizing.

I wear a 36 waist. I read that these ran small so I sized up and ordered a 38. “Runs small” is an understatement…I could barely get the 38s on. I returned them, but little did I know between the restocking fee and the fact that you have to pay for return shipping (I paid $7 for shipping to get them but $14 to ship them back…figure that one out) I was only refunded about half what they cost. The shorts were $67 including shipping, but I’m only being refunded $37, so it basically cost me $30 to try on shorts that are ridiculously sized. Lesson learned…I won’t purchase from this seller again as it’s too much a roll of the dice should I want to return something. Online buyers beware.
