Hyannis Patchwork Madras Drawstring Shorts

I ordered a 36" waist because of all the reviewers stating how they ran so small. I should have just ordered the 34". They are okay in the waist, but baggy in the seat and legs. I probably won't wear them but all reviewers state what a pain it is to return them so I'm just cutting my losses. I haven't ever purchased from this company and probably won't again. They need to work on their sizing.

I wear a 36 waist. I read that these ran small so I sized up and ordered a 38. “Runs small” is an understatement…I could barely get the 38s on. I returned them, but little did I know between the restocking fee and the fact that you have to pay for return shipping (I paid $7 for shipping to get them but $14 to ship them back…figure that one out) I was only refunded about half what they cost. The shorts were $67 including shipping, but I’m only being refunded $37, so it basically cost me $30 to try on shorts that are ridiculously sized. Lesson learned…I won’t purchase from this seller again as it’s too much a roll of the dice should I want to return something. Online buyers beware.

Probably their best madras - bright vibrant colors just like what you see online. I bought these for me and just cuff them - the drawstring is easy to synch at the waist for a woman. Perfect for the 4th and summer - really perfect weight! I have 3 pair of the mens shorts and love them all. Too bad they don't make similar for women.

Sent off for usual size. Shorts I received would fit someone at least 2 sizes smaller
So I returned and went up a size. But those weee no better. So I returned & traded for the max & it fits well with room left over. I just have to conclude that there was mixup somewhere back up supply chain & this shaggy dog story is an anomaly
