Two words describes Kiel James Patrick - "CLASS ACT" You have put it all together, the store in Newport, your personnel, the product/inventor you sell and your customer service - class act. Unlike other retailers it is more than obvious you have done your research and know how to promote a quality product and provide good customer service. Kirby has helped numerous times on my orders. Something that was expected in the 1950's as a requirement dealing with the public, is no longer required or appreciated. In today's market your staggery is a breath of fresh air and a return to years past. Something the general public has missed out on for the last three decades. Job well done. Beautiful gift box ! Don’t throw away!
Very disappointed with this experience. $9 for a gift box - no red ribbon as displayed in the photo. They also didn’t actually package my item in the box for me, but instead stuffed my closed gift box with my item on top. The box lid is totally bent up because the box was literally STUFFED. I would like my $9 back to be honest.
