Amazing
I ordered this dog item in the color described on the website as: red. Also, the picture of this item on the site appears red to my eyes. When the item arrived, I found it to look nothing like the color I have to known for decades to be red. I found it to look nothing like the advertising photo. To me, the color of the item is pink. I feel it to be a hassle to return the item, so I’ll simply keep it and never order knowingly again from this company. I emailed the company with my concern. They explained the return process. To me, that’s a hassle that I don’t have any interest in engaging in personally. I’m also not certain that I trust they will fully refund the item. I like transparency, pride, accountability, etc. I like good quality. For this reason, I generally do not enjoy online ordering. While I feel I appear to be their target demographic, based upon their marking, it is not a company I can support. I will say the packing was beautiful! Also, the packaging is in the recycle bin(so unfortunately not all that important overall).
