We strive for expedient delivery, and aim to have most packages shipped within 48 hours. Many of our goods (especially custom monogrammed items) are made to order, which can add time to the delivery time of these items. Please keep in mind that orders are not fulfilled on weekends.

Please use our returns portal to initiate a return or exchange and to generate a downloadable prepaid shipping label. 

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise retaining all original tags that was purchased in our flagship store or on KJP.com. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip or receipt. The original shipping and handling costs associated with an order are not eligible for refund. 

A return will be processed once it has been received at our factory and its condition has been deemed to be in accordance with our policy. Kiel James Patrick reserves the right in our sole discretion to deny returns/exchanges that are found not to be in accordance with our policy.

Customized Orders:

Orders for monogrammed/personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

Shipping of Returns/ Exchanges: 

For returns and exchanges within the USA, KJP will issue a prepaid label when a request is completed using our online returns portal. For returns for a refund, the cost of this label will be deducted from the refund amount. For international returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping their items to the KJP Factory. For domestic and international exchanges, KJP will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
