If your package has been marked as delivered, please file a claim with the carrier of your package. You can file a claim for a USPS shipment here or for a UPS package here. Please note that once a package has left our facility, it is out of our hands, and Kiel James Patrick will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact customerservice@kieljamespatrick.com with your order information and we will do our best to help you out.
Lost Packages Due to Address Issues: Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address, including any apartment numbers, before completing your order. We want to make sure your package reaches you! We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer, so please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Just a reminder that your billing address should match the one on your payment method, while your shipping address should be the exact location where you'd like to receive your package.
