not good at all

a bleach spot at the back neck of the sweater was on it. have not washed the SWEATER. i wore it once. i must have missed it BECAUSE i was too focused on the wrong color i ordered. overall a terrible expeexperience. I wish the sweater that I spent over $100 on didn’t come looking bleached.. Super disappointed. I initially waited for over two months for the sweater to arrive and then the color was wrong because of a mixup and now I find out that it’s bleached when I go to wear it for the first time. I didI didn’t want to return it because of the wrong color cause I didn’t want to wait another over two months for a new sweater to arrive and then it be too warm for me to wear the sweater. I am just very disappointed and very frustrated.

This sweater is really so cute. You should definitely buy it. Size up in this sweater, it does run small.

Poor embroidery

I was super excited about my embroidered sweater I purchased, but they embroidery was done so poorly. For such an expensive sweater I was so disappointed. I was also disappointed in the company's response.

The products were great but it took you long to receive the monogram sweater. I missed the even I planned to wear it for and only had the opportunity to wear it an afternoon before valentines. Very upset that it didn’t ship sooner being that I ordered it in January.
