terrible experience - beware
item was not received - I have a gated drive (package theft not an issue)
the USPS marked it as delivered (it was not).

was told by customer service that I need to file a claim with USPS - no offer to refund, replace or anything else to make the situation right - basically left everything to me to try to get my money back from USPS - which is about as much fun as calling the cable company. Order placed 2/3, still not resolved as of today 5/7/24. I am out over $150

I am a frequent online shopper and this is the only company that has ever refused to help in anyway and therefore I will never shop here again. Plenty of other places to spend my money

Great quality and true to size. DISAPPOINTED that PACKAGING is not the same as before. Miss the beautiful box and wrapping. Now items are just stuffed in a plastic bag and its a fee of $9 to get a box. Ridiculous.

I am very impressed with the quality of this piece. It’S also a great cut and fit . im confident this will become a beloved heirloom!
