Bad sizing and terrible customer service

The rest of reviews are correct, sizing is way off, and on top of that, you get charged a restocking fee for return something that is badly labeled, avoid the hassle, is not worth it, particularly considering the terrible customer service the offer…

Have more inventory at Christmas for returns if sizing is not correct

SO SO sad that this was so so small and there were no other sizes available, so this gift had to be returned with no ability to secure a size that really fit. We had christmas sweaters for everyone but our son because of the lack of ability to replace with a medium, which was disappointing. No offer to notify us when and if a medium is available - did I miss that on your website and communications? It would be nice to automate that so no one ends up giftless at the holidays. Very nice looking sweater, just not enough of them!

Sweater size

The sweater size was way off. ForFor a man’s medium it was way too small and the sleeves were too long.
