Yikes. For the cost, I wish I would have paid more attention to the fabric make up. For 70% acrylic, it certainly feels that way. I thought for $128 sweater, the weight and feel would be that of those perfect sweaters that are heavy but not too hot to wear. It could be 20 degrees and you will be sweating in this. Acrylic is plastic, for $128 your sweater is 70% plastic. Had I not known I bought this directly from KJP, immediately upon feeling it out of the box, I would have assumed it was a knock off. I’m so disappointed, I’ve followed KJP for years and have wanted one of their sweaters for equally as long. Finally pulled the trigger for a trip to Salem, the perfect opportunity, and I am so let down. I own one of of their sweatshirts and it’s one of my favorite pieces in my closet but I won’t be purchasing another sweater. It’s your iconic piece, KJP. I expected better.
