Sweater fits perfectly true to size and high quality

I bought the sweater for my daughter. She showed it to me on the website and I am surprising her with this for her birthday. Quality is great. Cute and understated. Perfect for her.

The sweater material is disappointing—it’s made from thin, low-quality cotton that stretches easily at the neck. While I expected a lighter knit for summer, this doesn't feel like a quality sweater for the price.. I also thought the lobster would be smaller, but it is a bit too bold, making the design less refined.

Additionally, be sure to read the return policy carefully. I ordered two sizes to compare since KJP tends to run small, only to find that I couldn’t return one of them even though I had not added a personal monogram.

Finally, if anyone from the KJP team is reading this—I’ve ordered many of your wool sweaters in the past and have always been happy with them, but I’ll be avoiding your cotton offerings going forward. I truly hope you consider changing manufacturers. Also, although I spoke to someone on the phone about the return issue, I was still encouraged to leave a review. It might be time to revisit how your return and review systems work, as this public comment could have been avoided had you not repeatedly spammed me to share feedback.

Pure beachy/preppy perfection! Love it with the monogram and can’t wait to wear it! My regular size fit nicely. If you want it oversized, go up a size.

This is even cuter and higher quality in person! My only feedback is that the sleeves are a little short for taller ladies (I am 5'9 and they don't quite cover my wrists), but I just push them up to be 3/4 length and it looks great. Also, there was a delay in shipping and the customer service was amazing! This was my first KJP order and I will definitely be ordering again.
