Sizing is off

I waited a year for this sweater (after receiving the wrong sweater in 2024) to be back in stock and had to return it. After reading reviews which strongly suggested sizing up, I did so. But, the sweater was way too big. Also interesting that I measured the sleeves and the sweater seemed to be a men's size rather than a women's size that I ordered. Unfortunately, the sweater was then sold out.

Sweater is not shamrocks. Looks like flowers. Material not soft
