Griswold Christmas Sweater

I cannot tell you how amazing this is. Its high quality, warm and instantly makes me feel festive and positive. I have always been a believer that clothing is super important to wellbeing. And its been years since I found something that I love this much. It just instantly makes me smile.
I am in UK and usually take an L or even an XL for those awful undersized brands. So i was worried as only an M was available. I took the chance knowing american Ms are bigger than ours. It fits beautifully with a light Tee under. The length is really perfect and I get compliments everywhere I go. I really wish postage was not so prohibitive - as I would buy another (and lots of other KJP!).
Lastly - I want to tell you. The packaging is PHENOMENALL! The outer box has beautiful New England style clothing, the gift box is sturdy, classy, gorgeous and well worth the price. And the wrapping paper, gold embossed paper sticker and the KJP stickers you throw in the package is such a lovely touch. I cannot thank you enough. I love your brand so much! I absolutely must visit RI and come to the store!

It’s a lovely sweater, good quality, true to size, and the design is wintery enough. (I should also mention customer service re. shipping was excellent, even during the extremely hectic last week before Christmas!). But I didn’t realize until it arrived that it’s a canoe on top the station again NOT the Griswold Family Christmas tree. Definitely a disappointment and took the meaningfulness out of it as a special gift for the movie lover.

Good material but product runs VERY small. Probably close to two sizes. I wear an XL or XXL in almost every shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket and even the 3X was too small for me.

Very high quality and fits true-to-size. My dad loves it and says it’s a very comfortable sweater. I give high marks for the beautiful packaging and presentation as well.

We have purchased a few sweaters and socks over the years. Pricey but a cute, decent product. Except for this time. Griswold sweater came with an obvious defect all along the chest area right under the design. About two inch wide where you see a green “shade” like under string. Customer service: “probably a manufacturing glitch, here’s a return label because it is out of stock now”.
Maybe have a few set aside for cases exactly like this. Now the customer is either out a desired seasonal product or they keep an expensive defective product.

Customer service: work more with the customer and provide actual service and be empathetic. Your product failed your customer actually care and do something about it, not just dump it all on the customer.
