Love the sweater

The sweater is perfect, the embroidery is a crooked mess. I would have given the sweater a five but not as it stands. I’ll wear it but I’ll always be conscious of those letters. By the way, my college aged granddaughters liked it as well.

Low quality cotton

The sweater material is disappointing—it’s made from thin, low-quality cotton that stretches easily at the neck. While I expected a lighter knit for summer, this doesn't feel like a quality sweater for the price.. I also thought the lobster would be smaller, but it is a bit too bold, making the design less refined.

Additionally, be sure to read the return policy carefully. I ordered two sizes to compare since KJP tends to run small, only to find that I couldn’t return one of them even though I had not added a personal monogram.

Finally, if anyone from the KJP team is reading this—I’ve ordered many of your wool sweaters in the past and have always been happy with them, but I’ll be avoiding your cotton offerings going forward. I truly hope you consider changing manufacturers. Also, although I spoke to someone on the phone about the return issue, I was still encouraged to leave a review. It might be time to revisit how your return and review systems work, as this public comment could have been avoided had you not repeatedly spammed me to share feedback.
