I have been looking at KJP sweaters, socks, apparel and pictures for a few years now. Ever since he threw PSL all over his pumpkin head face to get the point across that Fall is the best season, I have been lured in, and substantiated into fandom. When I took the next step and got the McCallister it was a test of my loyalty and expectations, and I am happy to say that the sweater was everything I hoped for. Some how it had a perfect fit - and I think sweaters are often not quite right in that category for a lot of reasons - and I am huge on softness, comfortability and durability. All three of these qualities met my really high standard. When I slid it on it felt like magic. I said to myself this must be some dream, perfect fit, incredible comfort level - my wildest dreams are coming true. Then I realized that this IS the most expensive sweater I have every bought, so it all makes sense.
At the end of the day, the price might be higher than I would usually go for but that's the thing, if things seem too good to be true they usually are. This sweater was the exact quality or better than what I expected to pay for this price. And the caveat is that I have my own little piece of Holiday and seasonal magic that brings a smile to my face every time I see it or put it on. That's a really fantastic thing, and I have Zero regrets.
