Spooktacular Sweater

I loved the colors and the print but it ran short compared to the typical sweaters. So disappointed. Returned the sweater - the return process is always easy.

So customer service was very professional and prompt, very courteous. The fit of the sweater however, was so incredibly awkward. It’s made from a heavy thick wool but it’s super wide and very short. I raised my arms up and the sweater was two inches above my belly button. So, I can’t wear it as a nice weather cropped sweater because it’s too thick and heavy, and I can’t wear it like a normal sweater weather because it’s basically cropped.

I've admired this sweater for two years and finally bought it this year to be quite disappointed. I was hoping for a normal cozy sweater cut and this one is very short, wide and just very boxy. I was hoping to exchange it for the Halloween Patchwork one, but their system doesn't allow exchanges for women for unisex... So just dropped it off for a return and $20 down for having to pay for shipping. Bummed.
