I would never order from this company again!

I have ordered from this company twice, and both times, my orders were incorrect. The first time was an incorrect monogram, and I will own that I was confused by the directions, which were not logical. The second time, I ordered the item with the correct monogram, in two colors, and with additional items. When the items arrived, they were both the same color, blue, even though the picture on the receipt showed the beige version. When I called customer service, they refused to assist me. I canceled my other items that had yet to be ordered. Very disappointed. I shop extensively online and have never had difficulty with ordering. At your prices, consider optimizing your website to make it more user-friendly, especially if these incidents occur frequently, which I suspect they do.
