Hat not cut correctly…doesn’t sit right on a head

Santa delivered the Golden Caps to my wife and I for Christmas. Absolutely were delighted with the embroidery and overall quality . We immediately brokem them in by talking our two golden retriever’s on hikes two consecutive days in a row .
