Jacqueline Patchwork Madras Shirtdress

Love this madras dress. Great colors. It's the only one offered in 00--which I need--and fits me beautifully. I am, however, about to have it shortened. Being 5'4" and slender, I find a shorter length more flattering on me. Will wear it all summer thereafter.

My Mom had a madras dress she wore for years. I always loved it and enjoy having my own now. Madras becomes softer, stays beautiful and wears well, I look forward to wearing and enjoying it.

I love this dress! It's super light weight and fits beautifully. Unfortunately on my first wear I noticed there's a hole in the fabric. Bummed that fabric wasn't in better shape out of the box.

I am very happy with this purchase and love the fit and light airy feeling of the dress. It is very flattering and I got many compliments when wearing it today for the first time. My only wish is that the colors were as vibrant as the picture online. They are much more muted in person, however it is still a lovely well made product. It’s light but not see through, perfect for a hot summer day!

Really well made and perfectly Preppy! Purchased in a 00. The armholes in regular-sized sleeveless dresses are a hit or miss in terms of fit but they have the length I want, so I generally avoid buying the regular or the petite versions because one has something that the other doesn’t. This dress however, is the right length without compromising my petite upper body. I chose the Jacqueline Madras over the Montauk Madras because the vibrancy of the patchwork reminded me of nautical flags and it seemed to be the original/authentic Indian Madras pattern. I ❤️ it!
