Ordered a dog collar and got a notification it arrived - went down to the package area ~3 hours later and it wasn't there. Emailed Kiel James Patrick ("KJP) and was told to wait a few days. A few days later when it still hadn't, I was sent instructions on the USPS website about how it's MY responsibility to file a claim or police report then send them a copy of it to get a replacement / refund. Apparently the $5 shipping I got charged at checkout has a $100 insured value - so even though I paid KJP to ship & insure my package, I'm stuck doing the paperwork.
Maybe the dog collar will be nice but not worth $60+ & a mountain of paperwork. I'm sure KJP just assumed I'd forget & move on without a review. First package I've ever had lost/stolen and first time a company didn't just take it upon themselves to fix it for me.
