We have loved doing business with Kiel James Patrick, this most recent purchase was lost in the shuffle, when we contacted them, we received disappointing lip service...amazingly our order then processed. Never assume responses are given to anyone who does not know the process...it does not speak well of those you are representing, diminishing a product. If there is room for hesitation next time...you've given the opportunity to open that door.
