I purchased this jacket because of the whales. I had a rain jacket with the whale pattern years ago and it brought back those good memories. I would say it's a lower quality rain jacket than you might get from Pendleton, Lands End or LL Bean, especially at that price point. But to be honest, I cannot let you know yet how well it holds up that would be another review in a few years. All I can say is I do like the look of it and love the whales.
The yellow slicker part is very thin and you can actually see the whale lining through it when you hold it up by a light.
Got this jacket as a Christmas gift from my wife and I love how the jacket presents. It’s very stylish and as I discovered, quite warm in a cold rain. So as I said, so far so good. The only complaint that I have and the only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me, is that the zipper is on the wrong side to be a men’s jacket. It zips up from the left and not the right. Overall, I’m very pleased with the product.
The raincoat appeared bright yellow in the online catalog. It was a mustard color when I received it. I was looking for a bright yellow slicker.
I haven't Been able to use it as the weather decided to not rain anymore. I got an xl and it seems a tad bigger than I was expecting but it's not drowning on me. I actually cannot wait for it to rain a bit so I can use this coat
This jacket is perfect! I thought i needed a large, but thankfully i ordered an xl, it’s perfect! Worth every dollar and more.
