Great Gift, so close to perfection

Got as a gift for my wife with our three kids' first initials as the letters. She absolutely loves it. The ONLY issue: small craftsmanship error and once of the flag pendants was hung backwards and faces her wrist when laying flat. Will likely have to take it to a jeweler to remove and flip it around. Otherwise very pretty piece.
