Great fleece, and even better service

So, this is a pretty puzzle and the quality is good. However, the puzzle is a vertical rectangle, and the box, being square, only shows the middle of the picture with the top and bottom cut off. This makes it really hard to figure what pieces should go where, particularly because there are hundreds that look very similar. The only full picture of the puzzle is on the side of the box and is about an inch wide, so not helpful at all. The full image should be printed on the bottom or included on a sheet of paper inside the box.

I returned the other KJP puzzle I bought because this one was a little too frustrating!

I was really excited to find some fall themed puzzles but became really disappointed when I discovered the lack of quality and how overpriced it was. A quality puzzle has a finger print pattern that you can use to solve the puzzle when the image is not apparent. All of these pieces are an altered square. Many of which look exactly the same, vary by 1mm. The picture has been over stretched so more than 50% of it lacks any definition. The box is a square but the puzzle is a rectangle which means you have no idea what the top 25% of the puzzle looks like except these super tiny images on the skinny side of the box. Last point Most important point, they’re charging $30 when quality puzzles are $20, total scam!
