I have been purchasing seaside themed cotton sweaters for my grandson over the last four years. Still at 8 years old, he anticipates a new one each year. The Kiel James Patrick sweaters are his absolute favorites. I had it monogrammed this year, and there was a slight delay in receiving the item. Customer Service reached out to me to apologize for the wait, and refunded the shipping fee to me as a courtesy. That's how you do business. I hope he never grows out of his love for the collection.
