We strive for expedient delivery, and aim to have most packages shipped within 48 hours. Many of our goods (especially custom monogrammed items) are made to order, which can add time to the delivery time of these items. Please keep in mind that orders are not fulfilled on weekends.
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise purchased in our flagship store or our online shop for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Past the 30 day limit, a store credit will be offered for up to 60 days after the purchase date again, provided the item is in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.
Items Deemed Not Returnable:
We reserve the right to reject returns upon inspection of merchandise. All items must be returned in as-new condition with original tags attached and in original packaging. We may reject the returned product if we determine there is damage to the product (stains, holes, etc.) or product packaging. If merchandise shipped to our factory location or store is deemed unfit for return, you will be notified that the return has been rejected and you will be given the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense or we will recycle the item.
Purchases Made From Other Retailers:
Returns/Exchanges of KJP merchandise purchased through other retailers should be handled through those retailers directly in accordance to their policies.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method or store credit. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
Orders for monogrammed/personalized items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
In order to accommodate our customers, returns and exchanges on purchases made from November 1 will be accepted through January 31 of the following year.
Shipping Returns- For returns within the USA KJP offers prepaid labels from the US Postal Service in order to ensure a quick, convenient return service. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you can ship your return on your own using any trackable service.

If you choose to ship on your own, you are responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise during shipment and we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
Shipping Exchanges- For items customers wish to exchange, KJP will issue a prepaid return label through USPS.
If you would like to make a return/exchange , please contact customer service at (888) 643-8663 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization form. All returns/exchanges must include a completed return authorization form. Return/exchange requests that are not accompanied by the appropriate paperwork will not be processed.
Jewelry Repair Policy:
Repairs can be made to KJP jewelry purchased within 6 months of original purchase and must be accompanied by proof of purchase/order number. Our repair processing is for domestic (U.S.) shipments only.
Repairs may take up to 30 business days from the date that an item is delivered to us for the repair to be completed and sent back.

If an item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or issue a merchandise credit for the last known retail value. If you prefer, we can also send the un-repaired item back, free of charge.
