What is your repair/exchange/return policy?
If you would like to return or exchange any part of your order, please ship back the specific products with a copy of this invoice. Returns and exchanges must be received within 60 days of your order date. Products must be in new and unworn condition. Please include details of the products that you would like in exchange for the returned product. If you would like to have an item repaired we ask that you also include an order number within the package that is sent back to us. We accept repairs for up to six months, after which, a replacement fee will be incurred.
Can exchanges be made at any of your wholesale locations?
Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be made on behalf of our retailers.
What is the best way to care for your products?
We suggest, for the products made with rope, hand washing the bracelet with a little bit of stain remover detergent since the rope is 100% cotton and then letting it air dry. For the silk products, we suggest that you do not wear the silk bracelets in water. The silk bow ties and ties can be dry cleaned. Leather products should not be worn in water.
What are the Triton and Turk's Head Knot Collections made out of?
These two collections are made with 100% cotton rope and 100% brass metal fixtures.

How do you ship international packages and how long does it take to arrive at the destination?
We use Federal Express International Priority shipping. Federal Express Priority is a 2/3 day service.
How much is international shipping?
Federal Express International Priority Shipping is available at a flat rate of $30.00. It is safe, reliable, insured, and expedient (duty and taxes are subject by country).
How do you ship domestic packages and how much does it cost?
We ship domestic packages with the United States Postal Service. We offer $2.99 First Class, or $5.99 Priority Shipping on all orders made within the United States and Canada.

How do your products come packaged?
Our products are sent to you wrapped in tissue paper and placed in gift box. If you are ordering multiple gifts and wish to have each bracelet in its own box, please let us know prior by sending us an e-mail at customerservice@KielJamesPatrick.com.
Can I purchase a gift card online?
Yes, you can find the option for gift card purchases on our homepage under the Online Services option on the right sidebar. We also have the option for checking a gift card balance
Do you offer gift messages for online orders?
Yes, we do offer the option for providing a personalized message. Upon checkout there is a box that you can check at the bottom of the checkout form. Next to the question, 'Is this order a gift?' there will be an option to mark 'Yes'. When you mark 'Yes' a drop down menu will appear for you to Hide Pricing and include a short message.
What are the bracelet sizes in centimeter?

Do you have any suggestions for ordering a belt?
We suggest that you order a belt four inches larger than your pant waist size. For Example: If you have a 34 inch waist, you would choose a 38 inch belt. If you wear pants waist is an odd measurement, or if you prefer a longer tab, you should order your belt 5 inches larger than your waist size. Our belts are 1 1/4" wide.
What credit cards do you accept for online purchases?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa for online and over-the-phone purchases.
Can I pay for my product with my PayPal account?
Yes, we offer a PayPal payment option. You can select this checkout option when you view your Shopping Cart. The yellow PayPal button will be on the bottom left of the Shopping Cart box.
Do you offer shipping to Russia?
Unfortunately, due to strict import laws, we can not offer shipping to Russia.
