The most magical time of year is finally upon us and it brings so much to look forward to. This year however, it also brings a new set of challenges that we want to share with you so you can shop confidently with us. We've laid out some helpful hints below to make your holiday shopping as easy and fun as writing a letter to Santa himself.

SHOPPING

We're releasing our holiday collections earlier than ever this year so you have more time to shop for everyone on your list. This includes making more KJP classics and new arrivals available for pre-order so you don't have to wait to make your purchase. We are expecting our popular items to sell out quickly, and recommend that if you see something that you like, don't wait too long before purchasing. Due to supply chain issues we will not be able to restock these items before Christmas. If you can't find what you were looking for, our gift cards are the fastest and easy way to get KJP under your tree. Or if you're in the area, stop by our Newport location for in-store only pieces and inquire about online items we may have available in store.

SHIPPING

You've shopped, now it's time for us to ship. Our amazing fulfillment team strives to get all orders out within 48 hours of your purchase, however due to the high volume of orders we're currently experiencing it may take a little longer. All pre-order items will be shipped once they arrive at our factory. Due to the high volume of orders we are not offering expedited shipping this holiday season. Any order placed after December 10th will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery. We will make every effort to get your order to you as fast as possible, but we encourage you to shop early so we can ship early.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
